HOLIDAY SHIPPING: Our goal is to make sure you receive your special package in time for the holidays. Please contact us at 503.250.2589 if you have any questions prior to ordering to make sure it arrives when you need it. US orders need to be placed and shipped by December 16th.

Payment
Credit Card - Orders are shipped during normal business hours Monday through Friday within 24-hours of
receiving payment as long as item is not on back order.
Shipping Rates & Policy
$0 - $50 = $6
$51 - $100 = $7
$101 or above = $9
We ship anywhere within the United States via the US Postal Service. Priority or overnight shipping can be
selected for an additional fee. In-stock items ship immediately. Please allow 1-2 weeks delivery for custom
orders. We recommend you add shipping insurance by contacting us through our Contact Page for a
quote. Every precaution is made to ensure safe delivery of your order.
We are not responsible for the loss of uninsured packages.

100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your item(s), you may return them within 10 days of receiving with a receipt of purchase and item in its original condition for a refund or exchange.
Returns:
Contact us directly for return authorization. Returns must be received within 10 days of delivery. Your item should be packed carefully and must arrive in the same condition as it was shipped to you.
Shipping/handling and insurance fees are none refundable. Buyer will pay for return shipping charges. We
recommend insuring your return, as we are not responsible for lost or misdirected items. Custom orders
are non-refundable.
