Credit Card - Shipped within 24-hours of receiving payment as long as item is not on back order.
Money Order, Cashiers and Personal Checks – Payment due within 10 days or please understand item must be
returned to inventory. Items will be shipped after check has cleared the bank. Checks made payable to Sophisticated
Beads and contact us at info@sophisticatedbeads.com for mailing information. All checks returned unpaid will be
subject to a $30 fee. Please include the item numbers of what you would like to purchase.
There isn’t Sales Tax here in Oregon so enjoy the savings!

We ship anywhere within the United States via the US Postal Service. Priority or overnight shipping can be selected for
an additional fee. In-stock items ship immediately. Please allow 1-2 weeks delivery for custom orders.
We recommend you add shipping insurance by contact us at info@sophisticatedbeads.com for a quote. Every
precaution is made to ensure safe delivery of your order.
We are not responsible for the loss of uninsured packages.
Guarantee – 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your item(s), you may return them within 10
days of receiving with a receipt of purchase and item in its original condition for a refund or exchange. We provide a
30-day warranty covering all workmanship and will gladly exchange or repair your item for free.
Returns – Contact us directly for return authorization. Returns must be received within 10 days of delivery. Your item
should be packed carefully and must arrive in the same condition as it was shipped to you. Shipping/handling and
insurance fees are none refundable. Buyer will pay for return shipping charges. We will never charge you restocking
fees. We recommend insuring your return, as we are not responsible for lost or misdirected items. Custom orders are
non-refundable.
